This contemporary shopping locale is the first to be built in the city since 1973 and replaces the former Chevron campus of outdated buildings with economically viable lands uses which complement its site. The Mission Revival-style center brings a gourmet grocer, a 10-screen movie theater, high-end restaurants, a health club, financial services, boutique retail and office space to the East Bay.
