The Charleston

This project features Tenant Improvement for a multi-functional event center in Downtown (Oldtown) Fullerton. The Historic Building once housed a speakeasy, Odd Fellows Fellowship Hall and Dance Hall. After several iterations and various tenants over the years, AO has taken on the Fullerton Ballroom renovation to reinvigorate the space into two story special event venue, returning to a 1920’s period design that features a 3,000 SF ballroom with stage, two speakeasy bars, reception area and bar, 2,000 SF of multi-purpose event space, catering kitchen and a private lounge/bridal suite within the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Historic Williams Building.
