Nick brings more than 20 years of experience in designing and shepherding multifamily developments in California including affordable, market-rate, student housing and senior living communities. He is an industry leader in off-site construction and modular design having permitted more than 2,500 units of factory-built housing in California. Nick is passionate about urban infill housing and inspired by the opportunity to develop projects that contribute to the unique and complex fabric of the cities they are in.
A graduate of California College of the Arts architecture program, Gomez is a native Californian and proud of his Bay Area roots. He is active in the East Bay community and serves on the Modular Building Institute (MBI) Design Professionals Advisory Council and the Alameda Public Art Advisory Council (PAAC).
