Avondale Boutique Hotel

The hotel features a strong historical architectural style with 81 guest rooms within four levels and an adjacent parking structure. The street level features two restaurants, retail spaces, lobby spaces and back of house programs. The rooftop is amenitized with rooftop bar and restaurant, pool and spa and meeting rooms all with city park views. A strong background of art galleries and studios has fueled a rebirth of a “Rail Arts District” defined by a strong warehouse aesthetic which was our precedent for design of the Avondale Boutique Hotel. The city has embarked on a park program that is adjacent to our site and will feature local and national performing artists.
