This mixed-use project includes 371 residential units in a 5-story building around an above-grade parking structure. The retail component of the project includes 53,200 SF of shell retail. The design will create an active pedestrian oriented commercial corridor that can accommodate a variety of retail and restaurant tenants. The residential floors above will create a vibrant community with a generous amenity package.
