Santa Maria Studios

This 5-story affordable housing project, located on Northern California includes 160 studio units of approximately 425 SF each, with its own bathroom and kitchen. The Project is organized around two discreet buildings, each offering access to a common amenity area, secure mail room and common laundry facilities. The structure uses the latest technology in modular prefabrication, exceeds the latest energy efficiency and noise mitigation requirements for multifamily dwellings, and aspires to be a prototype of sustainable development for contemporary, affordable housing in the area.
